There are a number of optional extras for you to select whilst booking your holiday through Outgoing, from travel arrangements to Insurance. Please find these available options listed below:
Travel Options
Outgoing are pleased to be partners with Snow Express, who provide modern comfortable coaches. They depart London at 19:00 on Friday evenings and travel overnight to the ski resorts for arrival mid afternoon on the Saturday. Prices range from £99 per person to £167 depending on when you travel in the season. Please see our prices listed below:

The coaches are unable to travel to certain resorts; in this case we will take you to the nearest bus station where local buses offer a shuttle service direct to the ski resorts. These are normally just a short drive away and are very regular. All coaches have air condititioning, refreshments, TV with DVD/VHS and toilet and washroom. Regular stops will be made to allow you to stretch your legs.
The journey travels through the evening and provides passengers the opportunity to sleep thoughout the night. A major advantage of coach travel is that it travels from central London direct to the ski resort. Transfers are not required to and from airports, and arriving two hours before departure is not necessary! For instance a transfer from Geneva airport to Tignes can take well over 3 hours and cost at least £70. By coach is also a very green way to travel!
Please note that our packages run from Sunday to Saturday so if you book the coach, an early arrival must be booked on our website at £45 per person to give you accommodation for the Saturday evening.
Carriage
If you are taking your own ski or board bag on board, you will have to pay a £15 supplement whilst booking.
Twin Room
Twin rooms are available at certain centres, and are available as an optional extra of £59 per person. All other rooms range from 4 - 8 berth.
Early Arrival
If you select coach travel as an optional extra, it is essential that you book an early arrival with Outgoing, unless you already have alternative accommodation arrangements. The regular UCPA package begins on the Sunday, and the Eurolines coach arrives at resort on the Saturday evening, so you will need to book an early arrival if you require accommodation on the Saturday evening.
Typical UCPA packages start on the Sunday, so booking an early arrival is a good way to get settled, before a hard day's work on the slopes.
Insurance
It is an essential requirement that all passengers travelling with Outgoing are covered by an adequate insurance policy. Outgoing offer a fully comprehensive winter sports insurance available for £29. The policy is underwritten by Europ Assistance Holdings Limited. In addition to covering medical expenses, personal assistance, search and rescue and legal assistance the policy also covers activities and occurrences specific to ski & snowboard holidays.
