Travel is an optional extra for this trip.

Please note the timings that your accommodation will be available to you if you are making your own travel arrangements;

CHECK IN DAY (Sunday): Residence available from 0800
CHECK OUT DAY: Residence to be vacated by 1000

If you have booked an Early arrival (Saturday) then you can arrive at the accommodation from 1600. UCPA accommodations do NOT operate a 24 hour reception. Please inform us if you expect to arrive after 2100.

You can check in and out on dates in between the advertised arrival and departure dates, however you must inform Outgoing Ski of your planned arrival and departure days.

Please note you must also inform Outgoing Ski of your estimated arrival time, this is essential as our accommodation partners have set opening times and they must be informed of the estimated arrival time of all clients.

The nearest airport to Val D'Isere is Chambery which is a 1 hr 50 minute transfer from resort. Alternatively Grenoble is a 2 hr 5 minute transfer to resort. Try using www.skyscanner.net to search for flights. Airlines that fly to these airports include;

SELF DRIVE
Driving to Val D'Isere will take approx 14 hours from London. Please do not forget to take into account the cost of ferry crossings, parking and tolls when organising your journey.

TRAIN
You can take the train to Bourg St Maurice to reach Val D'Isere, Bourg St Maurice is approximately 30km from Val D'Isere and a coach shuttle can be taken from the train station to the resort.
The train goes via Paris, expect to have to make a few train changes on route and to pay around ?150 for a return ticket. For more details see;

On Arrival In Val D'Isere
You will need to make your way to your residence in Val D'Isere Outgoing Ski will be provide with vouchers for all options you have booked plus a full itinerary with full check in details plus a map of Val D'Isere. This is normally sent out around 10 days prior to departure.
