Please note the timings that your accommodation will be available to you if you are making your own travel arrangements;

CHECK IN DAY (Sunday): Residence available from 0800
CHECK OUT DAY: Residence to be vacated by 1000

If you have booked an Early arrival (Saturday) then you can arrive at the accommodation from 1600. UCPA accommodations do NOT operate a 24 hour reception. Please inform us if you expect to arrive after 2100.

You can check in and out on dates in between the advertised arrival and departure dates, however you must inform Outgoing Ski of your planned arrival and departure days.

Please note you must also inform Outgoing Ski of your estimated arrival time, this is essential as our accommodation partners have set opening times and they must be informed of the estimated arrival time of all clients.

FLIGHT

The nearest airport to Les Deux Alpes is Grenoble. This is a 1 hour 10 minute transfer. Alternatively Chambery airport is a 1 hr 45 minute transfer. Try using www.skyscanner.net to search for flights. Airlines that fly to these airports include;

SELF DRIVE
Driving to Les Deux Alpes will take approx 14 hours from London. Please do not forget to take into account the cost of ferry crossings and tolls when organising your journey. Car parking is available in Les Deux Alpes in designated areas (take note vehicle clamping is rife!). Parking charges do apply - please see www.ski-vars.com for further details.

On Arrival In Les Deux Alpes
You will need to make your way to your residence in the Venosc area of Les Deux Alpes. Outgoing Ski will provide you with vouchers for all options you have booked plus a full itinerary with full check in details . This is normally sent out around 10 days prior to departure.
