Please note the timings that your accommodation will be available to you if you are making your own travel arrangements;

CHECK IN DAY (Sunday): Residence available from 0800
CHECK OUT DAY: Residence to be vacated by 1000

If you have booked an Early arrival (Saturday) then you can arrive at the accommodation from 1600. UCPA accommodations do NOT operate a 24 hour reception. Please inform us if you expect to arrive after 2100.

You can check in and out on dates in between the advertised arrival and departure dates, however you must inform Outgoing Ski of your planned arrival and departure days.

Please note you must also inform Outgoing Ski of your estimated arrival time, this is essential as our accommodation partners have set opening times and they must be informed of the estimated arrival time of all clients.

The nearest airports to Les Contamines is Geneva which is a 1 hr 5 minute transfer away. Alternatively Chambery is just a 1 hr 35 minute transfer from resort. Try using www.skyscanner.net to search for flights. Airlines that fly to these airports include;

SELF DRIVE
Driving to Les Contamines will take approx 13 hours from London. Please do not forget to take into account the cost of ferry crossings, tolls and parking when organising your journey.

TRAIN
You can take the train to Saint-Gervais-les-Bains/Le Fayet to reach Les Contamines, this station is approx 30 minutes from Les Contamines and a shuttle bus can then be taken to the resort. Expect to have to make a few train changes on route and to pay around 150 pounds upwards for a return ticket. For more details see:

On Arrival In Les Contamines
You will need to make your way to your residence once you have reached the resort. Outgoing Ski will provide you with vouchers for all options you have booked plus a full itinerary with the address of the accommodation in Les Contamines. This is normally sent out around 10 days prior to departure.
